Samuel Brice Hall - Diverse Career in Finance and Investor Relations

Samuel Brice Hall is a finance and investment professional whose career has spanned accounting, real estate development, investor relations, and long-term conservation strategy initiatives. With more than two decades of experience across the private equity, manufacturing, and real estate sectors, Samuel Brice Hall is involved in strategic investment planning, tax mitigation initiatives, and the preservation of conservation-eligible land through innovative partnerships and stewardship efforts.

Samuel Brice Hall currently serves as director of investor relations for Piedmont Private Equity, LLC, a position he has held since 2011. In this role, he oversees tax mitigation and conservation strategy projects while acting as a central liaison between investors and third-party advisors.

Prior to joining Piedmont Private Equity, Mr. Hall held controller positions with both Chuck G. Fabrication, Inc., and Pinnacle Properties, LLC, from 2010 to 2011. At Chuck G. Fabrication, he managed accounting functions and financial reporting for the manufacturing business on a part-time basis, while simultaneously overseeing financial operations for Pinnacle Properties and its subsidiary companies.
